Robert A. Stafford, M.D.

As founder and CEO of Platinum Family Health, Robert A. Stafford, MD has realized a long-standing dream of providing a higher level of healthcare to discriminating Connecticut patients. After obtaining his medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York in 1982, Dr. Stafford went on to earn a board certification in Family Medicine. He completed his residency at St. Margaret Memorial Hospital in Pittsburgh, and served his fellowship at NYU's School of Medicine with a concentration in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Stafford serves as an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of Connecticut Medical Center. A member of the Hartford Medical Society, he was voted one of the "Best Doctors in Hartford County" in 2002. In his spare time, Dr. Stafford enjoys hiking, traveling to his vacation home on Cape Hatteras, and spending time with his two young grandsons.
